Custom Raised Beds
We offer a variety of custom-built raised beds, for easy access, optimized soil, reduced watering, and increased food production.
Our self-watering cedar wicking beds/benches have a built in water reservoir, encouraging plant roots to grow deep and strong, and use a fraction of the water of traditional raised beds, with less disease and healthier plants. These wicking beds only need to be topped up with water a few times a year. Integrated bench seating creates a great spot for a snack, or sharing tea with friends.
Custom raised beds can be constructed according to the taste, needs, and budgets of our clients, from a variety of building materials, including cedar and the ferro-cement “curvy beds” pictured above. These ferro-cement raised beds will last a lifetime, and can be formed into limitless shapes and configurations.
